Advise USC Program
Academic Programs is leading the effort to replace the Advisement Database (ADB) launched in 2007. In 2021 WASC recommended “USC develop advising practices and technology systems that will support goals for convergence, inclusion and timely degree completion” (CFR 2.12)
Based on review of industry-leading platforms and in consideration of platforms in use at USC, implementation of Salesforce Student Success Hub begins in Fall 2023.
Based on our Steering Committee’s analysis of administrative practices impacting the student experience, the Advise USC Program must include processes and support for organizational changes as needed.
The Advise USC Program will deliver an enterprise level licensing strategy and governance to reduce costs.
